MND gave (12^th) interpretation over the exercise of “Helicopter landing training and national defense education campaign” in MND HQ as follows:

1. This was a yearly routine helicopter training and for the safety of Songshan airport, the coordination had been settled with CAA and control tower. First, Army sent in one UH-60M helicopter loaded with SF team to execute rapid response and anti-special-opt task. Then Air Force sent in one S-70C helicopter to practice carrying the wounded. The exercise was run smoothly under the integrated and thorough plan.
2. To promote the idea of national defense and neighborhood relationship, there was an education campaign on 14^th attended by local communities and students. It showed the Force is caring not only the combat ability but also the public relationship.
